Mimms Enterprises acquired a piece of land in the City of Atlanta to develop
for retail use. As we started the due diligence process, we realized we needed outside help
from a company with experience in working with the city's complicated review process.
We heard great things about ACP and hired them to oversee the permitting and review process.
As this project evolved, numerous issues were encountered involving site layout, subdivisions,
ordinance restrictions and design issues that looked as if each and every one could severely
impact the project. ACP was able to help us successfully navigate the mine fields and come out
with a project that we are proud of and didn't break the bank.
This has been a particularly complex project because of numerous changes of point of view
regarding how the city wanted us to proceed with the project including design changes and
subdivisions. Michele Ritsch of ACP has been our staunch advocate throughout this project.
She has navigated the process and helped us come up with solutions that kept the project moving forward,
